Chicken Inn FC seek momentum

Chicken Inn FC heads to Kwekwe this Wednesday seeking to build momentum against newcomers Hardrock FC at Chahwanda Stadium. The Gamecocks, who are partly backed by leading betting company LuckyBets are fresh from picking their first set of three points after beating Triangle 2-0 last Saturday.
They had opened their 2026 campaign with a 1-1 draw away to Herentals at Rufaro a fortnight ago.
And now with a spring in their step, the Bulawayo side know they can pick the rhythm they need in what promises to be a tough season for all the teams, sooner.
Hardrock are not pushovers as they are also on four points after a goalless opening day draw against Scottland and a 1-0 win at ZPC Kariba last Saturday.
Chicken Inn coach Tonderai Ndiraya said, “Well, this is a crucial period and a crucial game. We need to find our rhythm as fast as we can and make sure that we pick the right momentum by beating Hardrock.
“We know it’s not going to be easy, but we are certainly ready to suffer and be able to deliver.”
