PSL shoots down Hardrock’s outrageous US$10 match fee

admin

The Premier Soccer League has effectively nullified the proposed US$10 Rest of the Ground ticket for Hardrock’s season opener against Scottland at Chahwanda Stadium on Sunday.

The newcomers on Monday flighted a flier on their official social networks suggesting the minimum entry fee for their match against the defending champions would be US$10 with the VIP enclosure pegged at US$30 while the VVIPs were expected to fork out US$50.

This could have become the most expensive match in the history of the Premiership, but it seems the advert had been done without consultations with the PSL.

Now, PSL have categorically said the proposed fees were never forwarded to them, and that means the flier, which Hardrock have since pulled down, is null and void. That means, like all other games scheduled for this opening weekend, the much anticipated fixture will go for the usual US$3.
