Rwanda Confirms Zimbabwe HPC for Kwibuka Women’s T20 Invitational 2026

The Rwanda Cricket Association (RCA) has confirmed that Zimbabwe High Performance Centre (HPC) will once again take part in the Kwibuka Women’s T20 Invitational Tournament, set for its 12th edition in 2026.
The tournament is scheduled to run from 10 to 20 June 2026 at the Gahanga Cricket Stadium in Kigali, Rwanda, bringing together a strong field of emerging and established women’s cricket nations.
Zimbabwe HPC will be participating in the competition for a second consecutive year, underlining the country’s continued commitment to developing women’s cricket at international level.
This year’s edition will feature the hosts Rwanda, Zimbabwe HPC, Brazil, Nigeria, and Malawi, promising a competitive tournament across the 10-day event.
The Kwibuka Women’s T20 Invitational has been a key fixture in the international women’s cricket calendar since its inception in 2014, providing valuable exposure and development opportunities for Associate and emerging cricket nations.
Zimbabwe HPC’s inclusion is expected to give the squad crucial match experience as they continue building depth, consistency, and international competitiveness.
The Gahanga Cricket Stadium will host all matches, with teams expected to arrive in Kigali ahead of the opening fixtures as preparations intensify.
