Coach Tonderai Ndiraya is confident in his squad, citing lessons learnt from their last match against Herentals FC, where they scored first but let in an equalizer. The Gamecocks have a strong head-to-head record against Triangle, with several wins and eight draws since 2013.
The former PSL Champions are looking to bounce back from a draw and secure maximum points at home. The match is set to be a thrilling encounter, with Chicken Inn FC aiming to assert their dominance in Bulawayo.
“Bulawayo is our home, we can play anywhere in Bulawayo,” Ndiraya said, showing the team’s confidence and pride.
The match kicks off at 15:00 at Barbourfields Stadium this Saturday.
Coach Ndiraya reflected on the first match against Herentals as a lesson to the team. “We played very well against the students. However we came home with one point, we scored first but we ended up drawing, We have a good squad that is ready for our next match against Triangle” added Ndiraya
