Guardiola’s Men Maintain Pressure In Title Race
Hope

Manchester City kept their Premier League title hopes alive after a comfortable 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.
The win moved Pep Guardiola’s side to 77 points, two behind league leaders Arsenal with two matches remaining in the season.
Goals from Antoine Semenyo, Omar Marmoush and Savinho secured an important victory for City, who rotated several players but still controlled large parts of the match at home.
City took the lead in the 32nd minute when Phil Foden produced a clever back-heel pass that allowed Semenyo to finish calmly into the bottom corner.
Marmoush doubled the advantage eight minutes later after reacting quickest inside the box to turn the ball into the far corner. Savinho sealed the result in the 84th minute with a close-range left-footed finish.
The result means the title race remains open heading into the final weeks of the season.
Arsenal still lead the standings on 79 points and face already relegated Burnley FC in their next fixture.
City are scheduled to play AFC Bournemouth on May 19 before the final round of matches on May 24.
If City fail to beat Bournemouth and Arsenal defeat Burnley, the London club could move closer to securing their first league title in more than two decades.
