Hope

Peshawar Zalmi were crowned champions of Pakistan Super League 11 after a commanding five-wicket victory over Hyderabad Kingsmen in the final, sealing their second PSL title.
Hyderabad Kingsmen, who were asked to bat first, struggled to build momentum as they were bowled out for 129 runs in 18 overs under sustained pressure from Zalmi’s disciplined bowling attack.
Saim Ayub provided some resistance with a fighting 54 runs, while captain Marnus Labuschagne added 20. However, the rest of the batting line-up failed to offer meaningful support, collapsing regularly as Zalmi tightened their grip on the contest.
Aaron Hardie led the bowling charge for Peshawar Zalmi with an outstanding spell, taking 4 wickets for 27 runs, while Nahid Rana supported well with 2 wickets for 22 runs to restrict the opposition to a below-par total.
In response, Zalmi chased down the target comfortably, led by a composed batting effort. Aaron Hardie once again played a key role, this time with the bat, scoring 56 runs, while Abdul Samad added a valuable 48 to guide the team towards victory.
Despite some brief resistance from the Kingsmen bowlers, Zalmi maintained control throughout the chase, reaching the target with wickets in hand to secure the PSL 11 crown.
The victory marks a memorable conclusion to the tournament for Peshawar Zalmi, who combined disciplined bowling with a steady batting performance to claim the title in style.
